FAQs
What is the electronic prescription (e-prescription)?
As of January 1, 2024, the traditional pink paper prescription has been replaced by the e-prescription. Patients with statutory health insurance now receive prescription medications exclusively via e-prescription. This can be redeemed either with the electronic health card (eGK) via an app or as a paper printout. As a patient of our practice, you have the option to conveniently order your medications through our online form (prescription order), voicemail, or by phone.
How do I make an appointment?
Our practice operates on an appointment system, with most appointments being scheduled in advance. This includes short-notice appointments for our acute consultations as well as the issuance of sick notes. To ensure we can allocate enough time for your concerns, we ask that you book your appointment either online via Doctolib or by phone with one of our staff.
